Blessed Mother College together with the Bureau of Fire Protection conducted a fire drill in the campus. The BFP visited the school to share knowledge on prevention and on what to do in case there is a fire emergency. Faculty members of the school, students from senior high school and college joined with the BFP to acquire more awareness of Fire Prevention and Fire Drill Program. One of the firefighters discussed to the faculty members and students the mission and vision of the BFA. He stated that, the bureau’s mission is committed to prevent and suppress destructive fires, investigate its causes; enforce Fire Code and other related laws: respond to man-made and natural disasters and other emergencies. He lectured to us about the different tools and equipment to help extinguish the fire in school. He added helpful tips on preventing fire at home.
